The U.S. State Department has issued a warning to U.S. visa holders in Montserrat, emphasizing that they are subject to continuous screening and risk deportation if they fail to comply with U.S. immigration laws.

That was the reaction of UK television presenter, Scarlett Douglas, who was on island for the festivities, a collaboration with the Montserrat Tourism Authority (MTA) to promote and highlight the season.
