A Montserratian Gynecologist/Obstetrician has underscored the importance of local input in the formulation of any health care system on island.
Dr. Lanvalle Daley, who lives and works in Canada, says the local population must must have a say in health and development and the methods of involving them.
…And he says the plans for the New Hospital is no exception.
Dr. Daley emphasizes that plans for a hospital must not be imposed or policies formatted without involving the community in all matters concerning health and development.
