Hon. Nyota Mulcare Represents Montserrat at CPA Development Programme in Malta

Opposition Member Nyota Mulcare is participating in the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Advanced Professional Development and Skills-Building Residency Programme in Valletta, Malta, this week.

The programme, which runs from February 23 to March 1, 2025, brings together parliamentarians from across the Commonwealth for an immersive, face-to-face learning experience.

Participants will enhance their expertise in leadership, strategic thinking, communications, and team management, key skills essential for effective governance.

The Opposition office in a release Monday, commended Mulcare’s commitment to professional growth and excellence in parliamentary service.
