Calls to Preserve St. Anthony Anglican Church as a Heritage Site
The Iconic St. Anthony Anglican Church located in the abandoned capital Plymouth is a heritage site and must be protected.
That is the emerging consensus following a series of lively and informative discussions on the Cultural Show under the theme Memories of St. Anthony.
Among those who gave valuable input into the discussion were longstanding Anglicans; Local Preacher Alric Jim Taylor and Church Commissioner Dulcie James.
James, who is also head of the National Trust, declared that the church is a heritage site and explained its historical significance.
