Opposition Member of Parliament Defends Question on Night Security at the John A. Osborne Airport Posed During Parliament

Opposition member of parliament, Honourable Nyota Mulcare has explained why she raised the issue of the reinstatement of night security at the John A. Osborne Airport during Tuesday’s sitting of the Legislative Assembly.

She reinforced the point that night security is important for general safety issues at the facility, and it being left unmanned after hours.

Mrs Mulcare also pointed to aircraft security, officers’ security entering the building unaware of what transpired overnight, and when security cameras are inoperable for reasons unknown.
