Political Candidate Pushes Need for Skills-Based Education System

Montserrat needs a fit for purpose education system to fill the skills gap the island is currently experiencing.

That’s according to businessman John Osborne, who is vying for a seat in the upcoming general election.

Osborne, who is on the United Alliance ticket used China and Japan as examples of countries tailoring their education systems to achieve their goals of becoming technology leaders.
