Income and Corporation Tax Bill Passes into Law
The working class on Montserrat stands to benefit from additional disposal income.
This follows the safe passage of the Income and Corporation Tax Amendment Bill into law during Tuesday’s sitting of the Legislative Assembly.
During his contribution on the then bill, Premier and minister for Finance, the Honourable Joseph Farrell stated that in his recent budget presentation, he outlined the government’s intention to bring to the house legislative amendments to reform the income tax structure to the benefit of all tax payers.
