Montserrat’s leader of government business says the easing of restrictions and the re-opening of the island’s borders are not for people to become reckless in a still covid-19 environment.
Premier, the Honourable Joseph Farrell is reiterating the need for people to be cautious and responsible as they move around on a daily basis.
Premier Farrell is urging everyone to still observe the protocols, including wearing of masks/face coverings and sanitization for protection against the virus.
