Premier Provides Feedback on Key Regional Meetings He Attended in Belize
Montserrat’s leader of government business, Premier, the Honourable Joseph Farrell has provided feedback on two key meetings he attended in Belize recently.
The 33rd Inter-sessional Conference of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) was convened on March 1st and 2nd, followed by the CARICOM (SECA) Summit thereafter.
Premier Farrell said there were some key decisions made on pertinent matters discussed relating to the sustainability of the region.
He points to food security as one of priorities, and a collaborative effort by member states to pool resources to benefit the region.
Premier Farrell said he held bilateral discussions with Guyana with the aim of garnering support in agricultural practices.
