Government Continues Efforts for a National Minimum Wage

The government of Montserrat has announced a public consultation on a national minimum wage.

The Ministry of Communications Works Energy and Labour says it has launched a survey designed to gauge the opinion of stakeholders on the matter.

Labour Commissioner Rudolph Christopher says the survey will be online on the Ministry’s Facebook page.

He says there will be opportunities for face to face interviews as well.
