Director of Tourism Expresses Confidence in Remote Worker’s Programme
Director of Tourism Warren Solomon says there needs to be a way in which the region can accurately measure the impact of the remote worker’s programme on the local market.
Currently, Montserrat, Barbados and Antigua have all launched their respective remote worker’s programme.
The Montserrat Remote Worker’s Programme was launched in January to give professionals and entrepreneurs an opportunity to work away from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Solomon anticipates that the programme would continue grow and expose Montserrat and the rest of the region to a different market.
