Former Government Minister Says COVID-19 Vaccine is Montserrat's Passport Out of Pandemic
Former Government Minister Colin Riley says the COVID-19 vaccine is Montserrat’s passport out of the coronavirus pandemic.
Mr. Riley, who recently delivered a lecture organized by the Montserrat Association of Toronto, is advising Montserratians to take the vaccine.
The Former Education and Health Minister also urged persons to follow the advice of public health officials, and pointed out that Montserrat like other countries will bounce back in 2022, once the pandemic has been brought under control.
