Four Women Celebrated by the MCSA in Light of International Women’s Day 2021
Montserrat on Monday joined in the global observance of International Women’s Day 2021.
And the Montserrat Civil Service Association (MCSA) took the opportunity to salute 4 women who have contributed selflessly to the Montserrat Community.
They are Mrs Sarita Francis, Nurse Violet Brown, Mrs Vereen Thomas-Woolcock and the late Mrs Margaret Dyer-Howe.
The MCSA produced an audio feature outlining the sterling performance shared by these women in leadership.
International Women’s Day 2021 is being celebrated under the theme … “Women’s Leadership: Achieving an Equal Future in a COVID-19 World”.
International Women’s Day, is a global initiative focused on celebrating women's achievements and increasing visibility, while calling out inequality.
