UK Government to Cover Medical Expenses for any Side Effect from the AstraZeneca Vaccine
Governor His Excellency Andrew Pearce has confirmed that the United Kingdom government will be covering all expenses associated with any negative side effects suffered by residents who take the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine.
Governor Pearce made the disclosure during a radio interview on Tuesday Montserrat.
Governor Pearce says the UK has agreed to cover all medical expenses that stem from any side effects linked to taking the vaccine.
He however added that any medical reaction as a result of the administration process of the vaccine will fall upon the Government of Montserrat.

Montserrat started its immunization programme Monday February 8th with Governor, His Excellency Andrew Pearce and Premier, the Honourable Joseph Farrell among the first group to be vaccinated.
