A Positive Forecast for Electricity Generation in a Few Weeks Time
Electricity generation on Montserrat could return to some level of stability in a few weeks.
Manager of the Electrical Division at Montserrat Utilities Limited (MUL) Joseph ‘Jack’ Ryan says engineers are working assiduously to get generator number 6 back on the grid.
MUL Board Member assigned to the electrical division, Owen Lewis, says this would bring back some normalcy to the situation.
Montserrat has been experiencing frequent power outages over the past few weeks due to the breakdown of some of the generators at the MUL power plant in Brades.
