Eleanor Silcott is the recipient of the 2020 Margaret Annie Dyer Howe Certificate of Excellence.
Ms. Silcott is recognised for her outstanding contribution to community service, youth and her church community.
She was presented with the award during the annual Calabash Festival church service at the St. John’s Anglican church service on Sunday.
