Franklyn Michael Shares Thoughts on the Future of Montserrat

A former Senior Civil Servant has been sharing his thoughts on the future of Montserrat as the island tries to emerge from under the shadows of the volcano.

Franklyn Michael says the development of Montserrat requires creativity and should not follow traditional patterns.

Mr. Michael says has no doubt the island possesses the talent and ability.

Mr. Michael was reflecting on the 25th anniversary of the Soufrier Hills Volcanic Eruption on the Breakfast Show on Tuesday.
