Suspension of Public Servants Unlawful

Minister of Education and Health Honourable Charles Kirnon has spoken out against what he believes is the unlawful suspension of public servants who allegedly commit offences outside the scope of the work.

Speaking in Parliament on Tuesday Mr. Kirnon said this is wrong and is against the principles of natural justice.

He also called on the hierarchy in the public service to address this issue with a view of changing the policy.
