Montserrat Establishes First Court Mediator’s Committee

Montserrat has established its first National Mediator’s Committee.

This was revealed by High Court Registrar Colin Meade at the opening of a mediation workshop which began Monday.

The formation of the committee comes as the court expands seeks to increase the number of mediators on the island.
