The Ruling Movement for Change and Prosperity (MCAP) Government Reflects on it's First Year in Office Following the 2019 General Election

The Movement for Change and Prosperity (MCAP) government has been reflecting on its first full year since assuming office in 2019. 

The members of the government appeared on the “View Point” programme Wednesday night to share their experiences with residents. 

Leader of Government business Premier, the Honourable Joseph Farrell reflected on what he referred to as “A challenging period, but emphasized that by God’s grace his government was able to persevere.

Meantime, Parliamentary Secretary, Veronica Dorsette-Hector, while acknowledging the experience gained over the past year, appeal to the UK government for more support for the vulnerable and needing in the community on island.  

In her passionate plea, Mrs Dorsette Hector asked the UK government to factor in the plight of people on Montserrat in its stimulus planning
