Montserrat Celebrated GIS Day 2020 on Wednesday
Montserrat’s Minister for Agriculture is welcoming the use of innovative GIS technology on Montserrat.
Honourable Crenston Buffonge made these comments as the island, on Wednesday, joined the Global observance of Geographic Information System, GIS Day.

To celebrate GIS Day, an exhibition was held at the Little Bay multipurpose sporting complex, from 10 am to 3 PM.
The exhibition, as is customary, undertook a multi-stakeholder approach, with staff from various departments showcasing how GIS assists them in carrying out their day-to-day job.
