Food security exists when all people have physical and economic access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food that meets their dietary needs for an active and healthy life.
The term 'food security' is being used more frequently in recent years, with the Government of Montserrat putting greater emphasis on its importance.
And Minister for Agriculture here, Honourable Crenston Buffonge says they are leaving no stones unturned to ensure that all residents enjoy food security.
