New Website for the Montserrat Statistics Department

The Department of Statistics on Wednesday 16th October 2019 launched its website which will now serve as the ultimate reference tool to find statistical information on Montserrat.

The freshly designed, interactive website includes information on the latest statistics on a wide range of subjects, a set of ready-to-use key indicators and a tool for requesting data directly from the department (Census and Data Requests).

Persons can view the website by logging on to https://statistics.gov.ms.

As the National Statistical Office, its role is to tell the island’s story in numbers using high quality, reliable and relevant statistical information.

Statistics are fundamental to the lives of everyone—in the growth and Sustainable Development of our island and for the well-being of our people.

The launch of the website is part of the department’s Caribbean Statistics Day week of celebrations.
