DMCA Urges Preparation Despite Downgrade of Forecast

The Disaster Management Coordination Agency...DMCA is advising residents to be prepared even though the forecast for the 2018 Atlantic Hurricane season has been downgraded.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is forecasting that nine to 13 named tropical storms will develop, 4-7 of which will be hurricanes. However, Operations and Logistics Officer at the DMCA Kelvin White says it takes only one storm to wreak havoc on a country.
