Minister Lauds The Work of MCSA's Youth Arm

The Honourable Minister with responsibility for Youth Affairs is holding out an olive branch to the youth arm of the Montserrat Civil Service Association as they engage in their week of activities.

In her address to mark Civil Service Youth Week 2018, Delmaude Ryan says the government of Montserrat is committed to providing the environment for the youth to thrive and develop while making meaningful contributions to the service and to national development as a whole.

Mrs Ryan elaborated on the theme “Safe spaces for youth” and lauded and recognized the contribution of the youth in the public service on island.
