International Red Cross Week 2018

Former Director of the Montserrat Red Cross -  Late Richard J Aspin

As the Red Cross celebrates International Red Cross Week, members of the volunteer group are being asked to memorialize a former stalwart of the movement.

President Bennette Roach called on members to celebrate the memory of the late Richard James Aspin, the former Director, by recalling the fundamental principles of the Red Cross Movement.

These include humanity, impartiality, independence, voluntary service, unity and universality.
