Pink Ribbon Charity Takes Aim 100 Million Steps

Participants in the Pink Ribbon Charity Montserrat’s One Million Step Challenge are continuing to make impressive progress toward their goal of completing 100 million steps by November 14th, of this year.

Organizers have announced that 117 walkers have now collectively recorded more than 50 million steps since the challenge began on March 1st.

The latest dashboard shows participants have reached 50,231,956 steps, putting them halfway toward their ambitious target and keeping them on track to achieve the milestone.

The challenge is helping to raise awareness about breast cancer while also supporting the Feet for Life initiative, a programme focused on reducing diabetes-related amputations in Montserrat through education, early detection, and improved foot care.

Organizers expressed gratitude to all walkers, volunteers, and supporters whose commitment continues to drive the success of the initiative.

Members of the public can also support the initiative by sponsoring steps through a direct deposit to Pink Ribbon Charity Montserrat Inc. at the Bank of Montserrat, account number #6518902.
