Montserrat Makes Waves at Seatrade Cruise Global 2025
Montserrat has had yet another fruitful experience at the Seatrade Cruise Global.
CEO of the Montserrat Tourism Authority Rosetta West-Gerald, led a delegation to Miami for the 2025 staging of the event, recognized as the world’s leading cruise industry conference.
Held in Miami from April 7–10, joining West-Gerald were local tour operators Mrs. Roselyn Cassell-Sealy of Travel World International and Mr. Michael Osborne of M S Osborne Ltd.
Throughout the four-day conference, the team engaged in high-level meetings with cruise executives and key decision-makers, strengthening existing partnerships and exploring new opportunities.
Delegates also attended several targeted conferences and seminars, gaining insight into emerging trends such as sustainability, destination stewardship, and passenger experience innovations.
In a press release, West-Gerald said Seatrade is an invaluable platform for networking and forging strong industry ties and the MTA continue to position Montserrat as a gem in the Caribbean that offers the kind of authentic and boutique experiences sought by luxury cruise guests.
West-Gerald also reports that two luxury cruise lines expressed intent to include Montserrat on their itineraries for the upcoming 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 seasons.
