Ministry of Health Warns of Potential Threat of Food Poisoning during St Patrick’s Festival

The Ministry of Health has issued a warning to vendors and consumers to guard against potential food poisoning during the St Patrick’s festival period .

Appearing on the latest “talking health” radio programme, Director of primary health care and epidemiologist, Dr Dorothea Hazel-Blake, says people should look at practical things like the surrounding and how food is prepared before making a decision to buy and eat.
