Miss Montserrat Mauricia Barzey Set to Shine at Miss OECS Pageant in Dominica
Miss Mauricia Barzey says that she is honoured to be representing Montserrat at the Miss OECS pageant in Dominica.
The reigning Miss Montserrat expressed her distinct pleasure while presenting her introductory speech at the Miss OECS pageant Media Launch on Monday.
Barzey says the pageant, which will take place on January 31, will be a night to remember.
