Royal Montserrat Police Service Launches Recruitment Campaign
The Royal Montserrat Police Service (RMPS) has launched a recruitment campaign.
As part of the campaign, commissioner of police Mark Payne spoke to ZJB Radio on Friday, inviting persons to join the service.
He spoke about the role of police and the many jobs they do and how they help people, highlighting the satisfaction of the career.
Commissioner Payne encouraged persons to visit the police to learn more about recruitment. He also discussed the benefits of the career, including a good salary and prospects.
Commissioner Payne also addressed the stigma of being a police officer, saying that their is great respect in being a police officer.
