Montserrat Tourism Authority Holds Successful Culinary Skills Training Program
Montserrat Tourism Authority is pleased with the outcome its Culinary Skills Training Program.
The training program was held at the Tropical Mansion Suites from August 19 to August 23, facilitated by Tehrica Benta and Lindon Mills from the Antigua and Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute.
It saw enthusiastic participation from twenty-nine aspiring culinary professionals from Montserrat’s hospitality sector.
The programme was aimed to not only enhance culinary skills in preparation and presentation, but also to inspire a new generation of local chefs, fostering a vibrant culinary scene that complements Montserrat's unique tourism offerings.
Director of the Montserrat Tourism Authority Rosetta West-Gerald, says they are delighted with the overwhelming response and commitment shown by all participants.
