MCWLE Announces Successful Completion of the ICT Summer Club
The Ministry of Communications Works Labour and Energy (MCWLE) has announced the successful completion of the ICT Summer Club.
The ICT Summer Club ran from August 6th to 23rd 2024, where 18 children dived into the world of technology and creativity.
The children engaged in a variety of activities and learning sessions, including Computer Basics & Internet Safety, Exploring AI, VR, and Block Coding, Raising Awareness about Cyberbullying, Game Design and Animation, STEAM Projects and Typing Skills, and Fun with Music and ICT Activities.
On the final day of the Summer Club, the children showcased their projects to their parents and received their certificates from the Minister of MCWLE, Dr. the Hon. Samuel Joseph.
The certificates acknowledged the hard work and creativity of each participant.
MCWLE expressed their gratitude to everyone involved, especially Ms. Jodi Baptiste, the club’s facilitator, for making this year’s summer club an unforgettable experience for the young tech enthusiasts.
