CARICOM Youth Ambassador Discusses Climate Change and Health Workshop
Montserrat’s CARICOM youth ambassador Nish Browne has given some insight into the climate change workshop he attended earlier this year.
Browne attended the CARICOM Secretariat Climate Change and Health Orientation and Training Workshop in Guyana in April along with youth volunteer at the Disaster Management Coordination Agency (DMCA) Darenthea Sweeney.
Appearing on the radio show, Talking Health with his youth ambassador counterpart, Dr. Tiffanie Skerrit, Browne shared his key takeaways from the workshop.
They spoke specifically about a new composting initiative which is in its planning stages, and which is expected to play a part in combating climate change.
