Dr. Samuel Joseph Hails Government of Montserrat's Efforts To Save MUL

Deputy Premier and Minister for Communications, Works, Energy and Labour, Dr, the Honourable Samuel Joseph has lauded the action taken by Government to save the Utility Company MUL from total collapse.

Dr Joseph points out the acute situation that MUL found itself in and that it was the government’s quick action that saved the company from ruin.
