Former Premier Reuben T. Meade Makes Strong Case For Effective Government Policies
A former Premier of Montserrat is making a strong case for effective policies to be adopted for informed decision making across all sectors.
Reuben T. Meade, who is leader of the United Alliance Party is adamant that such policies answer questions about what employees do such as directions, limits, principles, guidance on what they do, and why they do it.
He points out that together, policies and procedures provide a road-map for day-to-day operations.
Mr Meade outlines where policy lies and provides examples of its internal operations in Montserrat’s case.
