Hon. John Osborne Pushes for Montserrat Biodiversity Plan

Despite Montserrat’s small size, the island has natural resources that are of national, regional and international importance”. That is the view of Minister responsible for agriculture, Honourable John Osborne.

He was speaking at the National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan workshop aimed at local stakeholders.

The minister said that a well-crafted biodiversity strategy will enhance the island’s natural resources and boost the economy.
