New Parliamentary Secretary Appointed to work with Office of the Premier

Following a brief swearing-in ceremony at the Governor’s Office Wednesday afternoon, Honourable Crenston Buffonge has officially been appointed to the role of Parliamentary Secretary attached to the Office of the Premier.

In his role as Parliamentary Secretary, MP Buffonge will work closely with the Premier's Office to advance key developments in areas within the Ministry.

These include Finance, Immigration, Regional Affairs, Culture, Tourism, Economic management, Trade, Information and Communication and Digital Transformation.

Honourable Buffonge is the only MCAP candidate to secure a seat in parliament after attaining the most votes ( 1093) during the October 24th General Election.

In a statement, he says this role presents him with an opportunity to work with the Government to ensure MCAP’s vision and values remain within the process.
