Changes to the Immigration Law Here to be Announced
The Government is set to announce changes to the immigration law.
Acting Premier Dr. the Honourable Samuel says this to address aspects of the legislation, thought to be unfair to families.
Dr. Joseph says the law as it stands poses a significant challenge to the government’s efforts to stem the flow of migration from the island.

Meantime, Minister of Agriculture, Lands, Housing and the Environment the Honourable Crenston Buffonge has weighed in on the matter.
He indicates that the government just cannot stand by and see families being separated.
