End of Year 2024 Stated as the New Completion Date for the New Port Project
The company contracted to construct the new Montserrat port has confirmed that there would be a delay in the completion date of the project.
The Original completion date was April 2024, but because of some setbacks, Meridian’s project manager, Peter Wattenhofer told ZJB News that they are now looking at the end of next year as a practical completion date.
He says they are in discussions with the government of Montserrat to see how best they can move forward with the project.
