A Local economist Sees Montserrat’s Electricity Woes as Policy Related
A local economist and financial analyst is agreeing with the statement raised by many that the current electricity woes at the Montserrat Utilities Limited (MUL) is much bigger than the company itself.
Peter Queeley contends that the current situation is more of a policy issue which needs to be addressed if there were to be a resolution.
He also takes a deeper look into MUL’s operations which would pushed the company on its heels.
