Premier Joseph Farrell Provides Clarity on the Usage of Ring-fenced Monies

Montserrat’s premier, the Honourable Joseph Farrell has moved to dispel the notion that ring-fenced monies for access and technical ccooperation (TC) programmes over the years have been lost.

Speaking in the Legislative Assembly on Tuesday, Premier Farrell said that those monies have been redirected to priority areas of national development.
