Prominent Local Attorney-At-Law Remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison After Being Found Guilty in the High Court on Wednesday

Prominent Attorney-at-Law Warren Cassell has been remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison after being found guilty by a 9-member jury Wednesday.

A panel of seven women and two males presented the guilty verdict in the High Court to His Lordship Justice Stanley John.

Cassell was charged with one count of concealing the proceeds of criminal conduct contrary to section 33(1) (a) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 1999, Caption 4.04.

Cassell, who represented himself, will be sentenced at 9.am on Thursday June 23rd.
