Congratulations Continue to Pour in for Montserrat’s Legislative Assembly on its 70th Anniversary
The Speaker of the Barbados House of Assembly has has joined the chorus of congratulations for Montserrat on the 70th anniversary of Democratic Parliament here.
Arthur E. Holder says the achievement shows an unwavering support for parliamentary democracy on the island.
Holder also pays tribute to the valuable contribution Montserrat has made to the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA).

Dennis P. Lister, Speaker of the Bermuda House of Assembly also extended congratulations to the people of Montserrat and its Legislative Assembly.
He says both countries have a lot in common and expressed a desire for closer ties between the two British Overseas Territories.
