The Government of Montserrat Considers Easing Some COVID-19 Restrictions When the Time is Right to do so
Montserrat’s leader of government business says there will come a time when there will be easing of some of the current Covid-19 restrictions that are in place.
However, Premier, the Honourable Joseph Farrell says such action will be highly dependent on responsible actions of the population to keep the virus at bay.
When the question was raised during Tuesday’s sitting of Parliament as to when would the island return to pre-pandemic level, Premier Farrell started out by stating that it was necessary to put restrictions in place to keep the population safe
