An information Technology specialist is calling on Montserrat to maximize the use of the high-speed internet.
Alfred Poyser, who teaches at the Montserrat Secondary School, says Montserrat is one of the most connected islands in the Caribbean.

IT specialist Jovan Daniel says the technology could be utilized to impact sectors such as agriculture and transportation.
