A Study Exposes Risks to Kidney Disease in Montserrat
1 in four persons who participated in a recent study here have chronic Kidney disease.
The study was conducted by physician Kenniel Chrisastum, who is specializing in the care and treatment of kidney disease.
It was conducted in 2020 and involved more than three hundred and fifty persons who suffer from chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and obesity.
Dr. Chrisastum explained that the goal of the study is to raise awareness of Chronic Kidney Disease.
