Residents Now Have an Avenue to Give Feedback on the All-Important Port Project
Resident would soon have a formal mechanism to give comments and feedback on the Montserrat Port Development Project.
This with the implementation of a Grievance Redress Mechanism.
The system enables members of the community and other stakeholders to raise issues or concerns about the project which they perceive will have a negative impact.
Stakeholder Engagement Specialist Aldeen Williams comments on it’s importance at this stage of the project.
