Montserrat Provides Additional Support to St Vincent & the Grenadines
Montserrat is giving additional technical support to St Vincent and the Grenadines as the country copes with the erupting La Soufriere Volcano.
This time through a collaboration with MapAction, a non-governmental organisation that specialises in providing mapping for humanitarian emergencies.
Geographic Information System…GIS Manager Lavern Ryan, has been selected as part of a 3-member team which will provide mapping and information management support.
ZJB News caught up with Mrs Ryan who highlighted what her role in the remote response would entail.
