Students on Montserrat are in line to benefit from a change in trajectory of how the Caribbean Examination Council (CXC) goes about informing policy decision-making within education.
CXC Registrar Dr. Wayne wesley was responding to a question on what is being done on curriculum enhancement and development throughout the region.
As it relates to the curriculum, Dr. Wesley says they are setting up a research and development department to begin to make use of the rich data that is available within CXC on the performance of students over the period which will inform the new direction in which they should go.
